5 απλές συμβουλές για να γίνει το… ξύρισμα, παιχνιδάκι!

Το ξύρισμα είναι μια διαδικασία που οι περισσότερες γυναίκες θα προτιμούσαν, όσο είναι δυνατό, να αποφεύγουν. Θα μπορούσε, μια γυναίκα να ξυρίζεται λίγο πιο σπάνια και ίσως λίγο πιο… γρήγορα;

Κάντε απολέπιση

Ο ευκολότερος τρόπος για απαλό ξύρισμα σε βάθος, χωρίς τραυματισμούς και ερεθισμούς, είναι να κάνετε τακτικά απολέπιση στο δέρμα σας. Η απολέπιση αφαιρεί τα νεκρά κύτταρα από το δέρμα και το αφήνει απαλό, ενώ φέρνει στην επιφάνεια ακόμα και τις πιο μικροσκοπικές τρίχες, με αποτέλεσμα να μπορείτε να τις ξυρίσετε, έπειτα, πιο εύκολα.

Κόντρα ξύρισμα

Ένας ακόμα έξυπνος τρόπος για να μην χρειάζεται να ξυρίζεστε τόσο συχνά είναι να ξυρίζεστε κόντρα –με φορά αντίθετη προς αυτήν της ρίζας της τρίχας. Με τον τρόπο αυτό εξασφαλίζετε ότι η τρίχα αφαιρείται στο μεγαλύτερο δυνατό βάθος και έτσι γλιτώνετε χρόνο, αφού δεν χρειάζεται να «ξαναπεράσετε» την ίδια περιοχή με το ξυραφάκι.

Μαλακτική αντί αφρού

Ένα μυστικό του ξυρίσματος είναι να απλώνετε μαλακτική μαλλιών αντί για αφρό, στα σημεία που θέλετε να ξυρίσετε. Με τον τρόπο αυτόν όχι μόνο πετυχαίνετε πιο βαθύ ξύρισμα, αλλά και αφήνετε το δέρμα σας πολύ απαλό. Άλλωστε, ο τρόπος αυτός σας γλυτώνει και χρήματα, αφού αντί για τους ακριβούς αφρούς ξυρίσματος, μπορείτε να αγοράζετε μια φθηνή μαλακτική.

Το σωστό ξυραφάκι

Κάτι σημαντικό που πρέπει να σκεφτείτε, αν χρησιμοποιείτε ξυραφάκι, είναι ποιο από αυτά που διατίθενται στο εμπόριο είναι προτιμότερο για τις δικές σας ανάγκες. Σας βολεύει καλύτερα κάποιο με μία ή περισσότερες λεπίδες; Θέλετε να έχει ειδική λαβή ή κάποια λιπαντική ταινία; Δοκιμάστε και τα ξυραφάκια του συντρόφου σας –συνήθως τα ανδρικά ξυραφάκια προσφέρουν βαθύτερο ξύρισμα, με λιγότερους τραυματισμούς.

Καθαρό ξυραφάκι

Όσο πιο καθαρό είναι το ξυραφάκι σας, τόσο βαθύτερο θα είναι το ξύρισμα, άρα τόσο περισσότερο θα διαρκέσει. Φροντίστε, λοιπόν, να το καθαρίζετε καλά κάθε φορά μετά το ξύρισμα και όταν αρχίζει να συγκεντρώνει πολλές μικρές τριχούλες που δεν φεύγουν, πετάξτε το και χρησιμοποιήστε καινούργιο!
