– Γαλακτοκομικά προϊόντα.

– Επεξεργασμένα τρόφιμα (αλλαντικά, επεξεργασμένα προϊόντα ζύμης κλπ.).

– Επεξεργασμένη ζάχαρη.

– Στρυχνοειδή (όπως πιπεριές, λευκές πατάτες, μελιτζάνες και ντομάτες), καθώς κάποιοι άνθρωποι έχουν διαπιστώσει ότι τα τρόφιμα αυτά προκαλούν εξάρσεις της νόσου.

Ποιες τροφές μπορείτε να τρώτε:

– Φρέσκα φρούτα και λαχανικά (καλύτερα βιολογικής καλλιέργειας για να αποφεύγετε τα φυτοφάρμακα).

– Σκούρα πράσινα φυλλώδη λαχανικά (μπρόκολο, σπανάκι, μανιτάρια, ραπανάκια, ρόκα, νεροκάρδαμο, λάχανο κλπ.).

– Τρόφιμα που περιέχουν βιταμίνη D: λιπαρά ψάρια, αυγά, εμπλουτισμένα γαλακτοκομικά.

– Τρόφιμα πλούσια σε ωμέγα-3: σολομός, σκουμπρί, ρέγκα, τόνος, καρύδια, λιναρόσπορος, ελαιόλαδο, σπόροι κολοκύθας.

– Τροφές πλούσιες σε προβιοτικά: ξινολάχανο, κιμτσί, κεφίρ.

– Μπαχαρικά με αντιφλεγμονώδη δράση: κουρκούμη, πιπερόριζα, σκόρδο και μαύρο πιπέρι.
